Let me see, 12 plex is like $200, so lets say my budget is

12 Billion.

I'm looking for a character that I can use to solo the hell out of Null Sec anomalies. One that doesn't require ANY further training so I can continue to have this guy, muh main, on training asleep in his cyro chamber.

I've tried using this guy's measely skills to complete anomalies and it just results in me getting blown the hell up or spending more time healing myself.

tldr:
WTB Powerful focused non-training required PvE character capable of solo'ing anomalies.
