She can use entosis links to capture/defend sov structures, and she can participate in most of the battles (tend to be small gang or roams) happening in the current nullsec Sovereignty environment.
Since she is a combat subcap specialist, any losses can be kept to a minimal cost. Maximum efficiency for minimum risk loss.

She can rat efficiently, using drone based cruisers (Ishtar) or Battleship (Dominix), with minimal effort.
