Amarr Cruiser V (how haven't you trained this yet?)
Caldari Cruiser V (same)
Couple million SP wasted in Neural Enhancement
Couple more wasted in industry, PI, production etc
Couple more wasted in mining barge
You're about to waste more in covops 5
couple mill wasted in shield comp 5s

I reckon you've wasted around 10m SP at least, so it's really a 61m SP PvP character, but you've put some stuff in odd places.

Check my character board out, I have better combat skills than you do and 10m SP less.

If you trained this up to the standards above and then re-sold, you'd get what you're looking for but it'll take you just over a year of training.

Free bump, I thought I'd give you some info as someone that has made all his ISK buying and selling toons.

Best rate for selling characters is 3m SP per billion ISK, best I ever got was Brood at 3.5m SP per billion.

Not many people buy for more than 2m SP per billion so keep that in mind. You have to get super lucky.
