[WTB] 140+m SP PvP character

Requirements:
1. decent skills distribution (for example having 30m SP in gunnery, but only 25m SP in spaceship command is no-go)
2. as little wasted SP as possible
3. no titan pilots please
4. at least one remap available
5. decent name
