Chat window improvements

After fumbling with the chat window for some time, I've had some ideas that I though might help improve the overall experience with chat windows and how we use them in game. Most of these problems could be solved by using multiple window stacks, but I like to keep my overview as clean as possible. Eve is a pretty game, and I like to actually watch what is happening.

1. Being able to separate the member list from the chat window itself.
In fleets it would be helpful to separate the two, and expand the member list for a variety of reasons. This could also be used for local, and a variety of other player chat channels. Being able to see the member list is great, and I think it would be a lot less intrusive on the overview as a whole. I don't always need to watch the sperg in fleet chat but I regularly need the member list.

2. Being able to drag and drop chat windows to reorder them.
In most modern web browsers you are able to reorder tabs on demand by simply dragging them to the desired location, automatically moving the other tabs around it. I keep the majority of my chat windows stacked, and being able to reorder them to prevent the important ones from being chopped off at the end would be a great help. Sometimes the importance of the chat windows can change, so it would nice to reorder them a little easier.

3. Selecting the size of tabs, and selecting a set number of tabs before they are cut off.
At times i'd like to have the chat window large to read through the text, but I don't need to see all of my open chat windows at the top. As it stands, the chat windows will support as many tabs as it can based on the stack size before chopping the end off. It would be useful to consolidate less important chat windows using the current functionality of truncating the tabs, but being able to select which ones are part of the list, and which should be excluded from ever being chopped. For example, if local is my first window and fleet chat is the last (with 5-6 tabs in between), if I select Local Chat then Fleet chat is truncated into the condensed list, and if I select Fleet chat from the list then the allowable amount of windows to the left (local) are cut off

I do in Jita. I see how far along fishing/scammiing has come along. Or are the old lures still used. Latter sometimes I find comforting tbh....nice to see the old go to's being used. Charon contract with carbon in it one of my faves....seen that one for many many years.

Speaking for yourself I hope, because I use local chat al ot when I am in game, get to know your neighbors and all that plus a whole lot more.

OP idea I do not see any reason for these from my perspective, but I cannot see any harm in them being in the game either so +1.
