Plug implants into clones in station with me

Hello ladies, gentlemen, and CCPs, ISDs, and distinguished visitors to the EVE Online forums.

I find myself wanting to install an implant into a clone that I am not currently haunting inhabiting. I'd like to get this matter settled while I am of sound mind and body and unintoxicated. It would be most convenient if I was able to install an implant without having to jump into destination shell body first. Doing so would incur an 18-24 hour timer, which is 1.5 days to 2 days' time round-trip.

Alternatively, were I able to switch between clones located in the same station without a timer, I would be able to manage my clones in the same manner as the rest of my inventory in station.

I support this idea, I would like to add that I would like the ability to remotely install implants into any JC not belonging to me as well.

Edit: I hope it goes without saying that you would not be able to remotely unplug implants in other capsuleer's JCs, as that has fairly obvious potential for abuse.
