65M SP char looking to learn PvP in relaxed environment

self sufficient
UK timezone
old fogey IRL
I'm prepared to be flexible and even fill roles others don't want to do, at least give it a good go.
follower not a leader, happy to be a grunt on the bottom rung

wants:
prefer small to mid sized gang PvP at least to start and learn
clueless when it comes to PvP expect questions, lots of questions :)
relaxed low drama player, looking for same in corp, have fun = highest priority
looking to find a fit and a long term home
fairly regularish fights and roams
occasional kitchen sink roams where you can bring whatever you want to try it out
silly shennegins
people who don't take the game too seriously and can differentiate between the player and their characters
beer drinkers
use voice comms

don't wants:
drama
just formed corp looking to pad numbers with any pilot with a pulse
CFC alliance - I'm on their blacklist apparently :)
white knights with tons of strict rules and red tape - this is Eve, kill stuff!
people who are overly precious about killboards
care bears living in null, I have high sec for that
people whose head explodes in confusion and terror at the mention of the New Order and James 315
