Not a lot, since they started dropping from exploration sites their rarity has plummeted and due to them not being on the market, kind of hard to find on contracts and fairly useless there isn't much demand for them. You can find others listed on contracts if you use the item types and category drop-down menus to narrow the search down to just Mining Laser BPCs, but you'd be one of the few that bother.

Edit: I just checked, you can search for them now, but there's none about. I normally see them on contracts for less than 100m for three runs.

That can can sometimes be a source of future wealth.

I had a bunch of datacores put aside once (~5000 units) from a bulk invention project that got put on hold due to changing market conditions. Forgot them and came back a little while later, and due to FW reasons those datacores had quadrupled in price. Only made a billion but it was nice. (They are back at normal prices now)

There's a lot of exploration drops with next to no value. Lots of T2 rig BPCs are in that category too, they are looted often but seldom built unless someone has a very specific niche purpose for that rig. (For instance tech 2 drone speed rigs - these are almost never fitted and are really useful only if you are absolutely positive you will be fighting against Interceptors).
