As topic says i want to buy a pvp toon.


Cross traind Minmatar/Gallente is also interresting. but should have main focus on minmatar side.

Must have decent to perfect
gun/missile skills.
tanking Shield/armor
drone
navigation

racial frig/cruiser/bs to 5
bc 5


some extra skills that would be nice
commandship + leadership skill
carrier + fighter + jump skill
logi 5 + support

No industrial skills needed.

if you have any that is close to or right up this road. please feel free to post here or send me an ingame mail

as for bugdet. it all depends on your toon. but i wasnt planning on using more than 15b
