This isnt a complain thread or anything like that im just wondering since CCP mentioned that instead of introducing great patchs every 6 months or something like that they were going to make small updates in an alot smaller frame o time which is okay i think But i was wondering if that means that we wouldnt have any more cool trailers like the ones of the last expansions. Sad

Cool trailers are still around. Since the release cycle changed, the following have been released:


  • Emergent Threats -- Fanfest 2015 trailer about our Sleeper buddies
  • This Is Eve -- awesome video made with player-provided content
  • The Prophecy -- Fanfest 2014 trailer with a holistic vision of the "spirit" of Eve lore


I particularly love "This Is Eve", personally. The Eve trailer team doesn't look like it's going anywhere.

They're trying to figure out a way to top 'this is eve' without just making a 2.0 version. A difficult task.

The Caldari Outlaw still is one of my all-time favourites.

Keep in mind I started in early 2009, when EVE still looked like that.

I wish CCP would replace the client intro video with EVE Universe: Origins but it would probably inflate the client size too much.

Gate noise, torp explosions, shield hardener effects, lasers that sound like they could melt the polar ice caps, gallente pleasure hub station interior!

Easily the best for me, loved it when it was released, love it today! ♥

A high-speed interceptor chase scene with sov lasers.

At the end, of course the guy being chased ends his laser cycle and just warps off.

Eve online best movie ever

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.
