Windows 10 Low FPS

Hi

just updated to windows, loaded eve with no problems was running the same as it did on 7 come home from work today loaded eve and am getting 1.26 fps but around 500 - 800ms.

on the char select screen am getting 1200 - 1500 fps but thats cos its a plan dull interface to select ur char you want to login with

am running 2 monitors just like i did on win7 windowed mode so i can run 2 clients at same time and i get aroun 300 - 400 fps on each been playing the game like this with no problems for close to 2 years.

latest driver for windows 10 tried both 32bit and 64.

thinking bout resetting pc under recovery in windows 10 if that dunt work to roll back to win7

cant live without playing eve

There seems to already be a thread on this topic going on in the Issues, Workarounds and Localization subforum. Someone even has a potential solution. Check in with them and see if that works.
