No wasted non-combat SP, other than 1.5m in scanning, with Archaeology at 5 (T2 relic analyzer).
No wasted SP in spaceship command, PI, Production, Science, Mining, or Trade.

Comes with a set of +5 implants. Cybernetics is only at 4, will need to be re-trained to 5 if you want to plug in any other implants that require Cybernetics 5 (lost skill points before clone changes).

With all core skills already to V, you'd just need to throw some SP at drones, missiles and/or gunnery to turn this into a great combat pilot too.

You know that advertising as a loki pilot when he can not fly a loki is a violation of the rules of this forum?

That said nice pilot needs a lot of skills to be worth what you are asking...

There are 6 hours left on Minmatar cruiser 5, and the skill is in training. The Minmatar strategic cruiser skillbook is in inventory.

Character will be able to fly Loki at 04:43, 8/6/15. That is 6 hours and 33 minutes from now. If you need a character that can fly a loki in the next 6 hours and 33 minutes, please find a different character. My apologies to everyone out there for the great heartache and pain this may have caused.

Also, thanks to the kind soul that pointed out that this character does not have every single possible skill maxed to 5 and is OMG WTF only worth 16B max, not the 18B starting bid. If you're looking for a character with every single skill trained to 5, I'd suggest not clicking on threads for characters that have 26m SP. Rock on, guy.
