Plex Donations

So i donated 30 days of game time to myself not know how to activate my plex. I just typed my name at the bottom and hit donate. Now my skill Q is not active and have no idea where my plex went. Can anyone please help.

File a support ticket (f12 in-game) and politely ask the gm's what happened to your plex, they might take a day or so to get back to you but be patient.
I would love to help mate but I'm actually fairly confused as to what happened, assuming you typed the name exactly right.

It may have gone into your redemption queue as the person above mentioned. If that's the case you'd still be able to use it to purchase game time.

If it's not in your redemption queue then yes, you'll need to petition customer support and they should be able to figure out where your PLEX went and hopefully help you get it back.
