I bought a hanger month ago and have been trying to anchor it by my control tower medium. I anchored the tower successfully and theres a shield up for protection. I Launch the array for corp and it appears on screen then I click on it to anchor and a green box appears. I move the arrows lined up with the array and click anchor. nothing happens, no error or text box saying anything is wrong. normally the anchoring process hase a time but after I click anchor nothing happens. it seems ive waisted money and time trying to get help. this is one of my last ditch efforts. ive been trying for days. ive asked in help chats and got trash talked too, so its not helping. I need to know if how im doing it is wrong and what the correct steps are to anchor my hanger array.

Hey there, thats an interesting issue.

Are you trying to be too close to the Control tower? Or too far? There is a range area that the Module needs to be within in order to anchor.

You can also file a support ticket and ASK A GM for help on the issue. It may be a bugged module, things happen sometimes in odd ways.

After moving it around using the arrows, you need to right-click on one of the arrows to select "anchor here."
Is that what you've been trying?

Who put the goat in there?

Quoting for emphasis.

It isn't obvious, and is the number one thing new POS managers have a problem with.
