Wanted: Angel/Minmatar pilot with at least 80m SP

We are looking at 80m SP minimum to cover the mandatory such as maxed core, fitting, capacitor and omni-tanking skills.
Rigging, weaponry, navigation and e-war should be well developed and specialized for Matari/Angel hulls.
Neural Enhancement category is good to have.
