It finally worked last week for the first time, I managed to mine some Dark Gliter.

However, the Bandicam videos were way too large in storage size to fit on my USB key or upload.
(I had to buy a new $18 USB storage with 16 GB worth of data space)
(+It is finally worth it for me to get the version with no watermark suppport.)

2ndly, I lost the Retriever ORE mining barge required to mine the Ice to PvP...
(part of it can later go, and most likely will go, in the Pirate thread, story...).

This loss also include the 10 units of Dark Glitter, not dropped from the wreck.
(let me check the worth of 10 units of Dark Glitter on eve-marketdata.com or an alternate PCheck, brb)
[Best Buyer's Price is (slash /was, for future reference) 390,000 ISK in Domain - Amarr , volume : 973 units.
{10 units Worth 3.9m ISK at best - hauling cost, including fuel, time + risk, etc...}

3rd:
That barge had Platinum Insurance on it, yielding 29m ISK coverage (with EVE Online Wallet screenshots to record it)..
29m ISK instant payout (income) - 26m ISK hull purchase cost = 3m ISK profit.

I also get to keep the dropped loot because I had a Battleship cloaked nearby for some reason.
If I had the 5 BS drones in space before the attacker targeted the barge, they could have countered him.

4th,
I don't have an Ice Refiner / Processor yet, and it's quite hard to learn, though feasible for me.
I'll probably re-activate my 2nd out of 3 miners to specialize in Ice Refining on him.
That Ice Refining training will probably take me 3 months or so.

5th,
I'll upload some videos in the next few months and perhaps edit them...
There are a few other things I forgot now but this happened last Saturday...
+ I didn't have the resources to post about it before.
(The 2 other new tablet PC thread failed.
My phone has an error of 900 MB + of nothing data transferred on July 18.
I need a new phone, but there is no use to load graphic intensive page to overload data bandwidth costs...
Some unlimited data plans include throttling after a cap.
The EVE Online Forum doesn't load properly on Opera Mobile browser...)

It can also give ideas how to move covert fleets around and load ships in BR.
(I use a Black Ops to Jump Bridge the Ships...)

The thing is , even though I managed to save the 7.5 GB of video, I have no way of editing them yet because:
1.The *.avi files which are stored on my new 16 GB USB medium will not load on my own (true, not clone) IBM PC due to codec .
Either the codec required for the *.avi or other video format are not loaded , or installed or other.
2.The video file format have 2 audio input synched (synchronized chronologically) as saved from Bandicam trial edition (2015).
3.I cannot save and load the codec on my hardware because it seems to require an internet connection to accomplish the task which internet connection I don't have , except free wifi on my tablet.
4.There must be a way to copy the installed video player (the one installed on the desktop PC the video was recorded on, which uses a first in North-America system, with no hard disk, and, possibly, loading from server only, using virtual memory) so that I can either :
- A.install it on (close the stupid Android right clicking tool tip with no right -mouse button which blocks the free keyboard) one of my USB storage device, so that I can run the saved video files loaded from it.
(A.1 : - Obviously, if I did save the videos or merge them after editing into one (1) 7.5 GB file, it'd be large enough to be part of a movie... I have about 50 files. It would also make it harder to load into memory to actually play the video.
A.2 : - Bandicam free trial version saves files in around a 10 minutes format which vary in size, depending on content or related systems for, recording, audio-files, storage, etc...)
- B.install it on my desktop computer at home, from which I can edit the videos with MS-Video Editor (part of the XP OS).
- C.find another way to get an editor to work or even player to work.
- D.I didn't test it on my Android device yet which should be able to load the codec and install them to run, since I have Google Play registered to do just that.
- E. My previous chinese tablet had USB connector which loaded USB storage properly from it, and could save data on it as well. My current one has no way for me to transfer data to it without a desktop PC physical USB connection with USB cable.

(Humor:
Nothing to do with putting Ice into your Quafe Zero , even though you may want to , to cool it down...)

Searching Google for Windows Media Player file name location...
(For in case that I may be able to find it and that it does contain the codec that I need to run the recorded videos.)
Then, I might be able to find a way to edit them.

Either way, the only reason I have internet for another 45 minutes today is because I have to save some application procedures for the top court in the country I'm in.
Otherwise, I would not even have had the time to read the post or reply because I am too busy with other things.

I am just searching from Windows Help and Support while I found that the Control+Z option returns deleted text in the EVE forum.
Nothing found on the system I am on, and the Right-clicking to access Properties is disabled, which hides the location of the program (on the system).

Searching :
which program can play bandicam files
on Google
returned:
http://www.bandicam.com/product/how_to_record_windows_media_player_video/

I would even have to verify the filename extension to find the video file type .
I can upload them to Youtube but it would take a long time at 7.5 GB.

Does anyone have a link to a video player I can download to run the Bandicam video files?

Under Information on that above page:
Information:
Source File: Windows_Media_Player_recording_sample_video.avi
the file type is listed as an .avi file.
It also gives the type of audio that is integrated into this .avi
(I don't plan to extract the audio from it.)

After an additional search , I just found this program:
https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
from:
http://www.bandicam.com/support/
Streaming video playing programs: iTunes, Windows Media Player, VLC, GOM
but I may not need Streaming video.
I only need or am looking for a video player without streaming in the sense that it doesn't need to be through the internet.
I want to be able to edit the file on my Desktop PC at home with my valid MS license (even if not an international license and that I do have an international license on another system).

https://get.videolan.org/vlc/2.2.1/win32/vlc-2.2.1-win32.exe
vlc-2.2.1-win32.exe
Thanks! Your download will start in 0 seconds...
If you have a problem, click here. SHA-1 checksum: 4cbcea9764b6b657d2147645eeb5b973b642530e

(it didn't start, does that mean I have a problem? As if..?)
http://mirror.clibre.uqam.ca/videolan/vlc/2.2.1/win32/vlc-2.2.1-win32.exe

There was no problem, the file was already ready to be saved, and only required to switch a [Keep] or [Discard] the file command.

Installer Language
Please select a language. [ English [V] ]
The location is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC
I am going to try to install it on my USB.

It worked from VLC on the Desktop PC I downloaded it from.
Now from the USB (may need a reinstall):
http://www.videolan.org/support/faq.html
Find in page :
uninstall
returned :
nothing

searching for :
install

Videos are too dark
Often this is caused by video hardware overlay problems:
If it is only one video then use the "Settings" menu, option "Extended GUI" and try to increase the Gamma value in the "Video" tab.
Check your video card settings and turn off hardware video overlay. If the videos now play with proper lighting, then deinstalling and reinstalling the video drivers might help.

I cannot read DVDs!
Here are a few things to check:
If you are on Linux/Unix, did you install the '''''libdvdcss''''' package?
Do you have write access to your DVD device? For instance, from the console:
# chmod 666 /dev/dvd
where /dev/dvd is the device corresponding to your DVD drive.

4 of 4 is:
My file doesn't seem to work!
Are you sure VLC supports the file? Try checking the features page. If it supported and you compiled VLC yourself, check if you have downloaded and installed all the codecs correctly. If it is not supported, then you are out of luck for now.

deinstall
only has the one above mention above.

Checking for how to uninstall the program on the desktop PC I am on led me to find it was not in Control panel.
I typed install
in the top right input field.
I was led to :
the Uninstall or change a program
... anyways
... VLC Media is at the bottom in alpha-numerical order (properly ordered and correctly so, that is)
7/26/2015
version 2.2.1

VideoLAN

... been uninstalled from your computer.
(says they, but that is not "my" computer, mr. administrator.)

double clicked again for the second time now
Please wait while setup is loading...
unpacking data : 54%
language sequence again as above
(recommended that you close all other applications before starting Setup.)
... not so

This will make it possible to update relevant system files without having to reboot your computer.
Destination folder:
from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC
to
J:\EVE\Player
VLC appears to be running and will now be closed.
(Yes , but I just uninstalled the program Sherlock.)

...
Edit:
It seems to have worked, however, the solution may have been taking 30 minutes + to implement, leaving me with less than 13 minutes to save the court's files I needed to start with.
There even is the Uninstall program loaded and installed in the folder it was deployed.

Edit 2:
Well, it did run the one file from my USB which is saved on my USB (both the program and video files that is).
Now, I only have to verify if it will run from my Desktop computer at home.
I can then also try to do a data transfer to my tablet and test if the video will run.
I do have many codecs on that newer device though.
That tablet is more up-to-date than the IBM PC.

Edit 3:
The largest video at 814 M finally loaded and ran on my tablet without other codec needed to be transferred.
I found a Movie Studio loaded on my Android and have my 1st android movie project saved on there.

I bet and I won a Royal Flush at poker.
The stupid audio codec didn't work on my PC although it managed to run VLC with somewhat better quality sound the second or third time around.
I got links to download codecs which I will list here shortly.
That would make editing easier.
I could also use a better system.

Lowsec obtained boosters that keep you high and awake for days on end, are generally bad. Very very bad.

Infact you may try injecting these two skillbooks, as they're good for situations like this:
