My budget is 15b-20b , for the right character ill go as far as 25b!

Must have:

Good Missile and drone skills.
Must allso be good with shields.

BS V,

Caldari strategic cruiser skills with good subsystem skills.

You get the idea :)

I pay good money for a nicely skilled char! Big smile

Doesnt have to be Caldari either as long as it flys caldari stuff well.

A good ratter toon :)
