Idea: Secondary Faction Navy Ships

Okay, the title might be a little confusing, but the idea is as such:

Every race has its breakaway (or at least isolationist) faction. The Gallente and the Intaki; The Amarr and the Khanid; Minmitar and the Thukker; etc. And, they'll usually have a rather distinct flavor to them, like the Khanid turning Amarr ships into missile boats that would make the Caldari stand up and clap.

The problem is that their ships are usually T2 vessels, requiring a vastly more massive skill-set than normal, and their spaces are usually... empty, and uninhabited. Sure they'll have okay to good gear for the cruiser and frigate level, but no real battleship stuff, and their LP stores don't really have any ship schematics. So, I'd like to propose this:

Create secondary lines of Navy vessels. A frigate, cruiser, battleship, etc. Ships that use the breakaway faction's focus in ship philosophy, and that don't require a T2 skill investment to be useful. A Khanid missile and light drone Abbadon, A Thukker interception-battleship Maelstrom, an Intaki Hyperion (wouldn't know what they like), a blaster-Rohk, etc. Fluff it away as the breakaway faction for each nation growing more worried that their government can't protect them as well as they thought, and seeking to secure a complete navy for self-defense (especially with the growing Drifter threat). Unusual weapons choices and design philosophies, maybe some hull changes. Give regions that don't normally see as much activity reasons to have inhabitants, and maybe spice up New Eden combat operations by providing even more things to be wary of.

And more importantly, it might be fun. Pirate

One of the reason that Khanid space isn't much populated is that there are many system without NPC stations. This isn't really a bad thing.
I spend many years there in solitude (not the region) and where there are no stations there is less risk of getting hotdropped in a mining op.
And of course agents. Without a station there are no mission running bots injecting isk into EVE. But yeah the Khanid LP store isn't the best but since I accumulated about millions in LP I can have +5 implants for less then some people think they should cost.

Eve Minions is recruiting.

This is the law of ship progression!
