Tc, little advice. Report your own opening post, ask ISD to close it. You want an official answer from CCP then launch a support ticket through the proper channels. What did you expect when you posted this kind of topic?

I was very very gentle in my 1st post and all repliers (but Lan Wang) start laughing at my problem. And CCP guys never anwser

It make sense that Prime time server nembers were 57k at 2010 and now are 24k.

Trolling is in the eye of the reader, just because you think that it's trolling doesn't mean that the ISD team or CCP agree with you.

Your complaint is both petty and laughable. You're extremely unlikely to get an extra day added to your account after CCP have already graciously given you reasonable compensation in the form of an amount of SP that exceeds the amount that was trainable during the recent extended downtime.

If you keep posting in the way that you are in this thread I see plenty more ridicule heading in your general direction, and you'll deserve all of it.

CCP took measures they felt to be appropriate to assuage the rampant butthurt the community felt over the unexpected extended downtime.
They were satisfactory.
I wouldn't expect to hear much from them further in response to your polite demands for 'MOAR'.

You see i dont mine, im not a miner but i could be. I pay for 30 days of gametime but i sleep through half of it, so sleep is my disability. While im asleep i could be mining, so CCP should give me 15 days worth of null sec ore evey month.

OP seriously would you be ok if CCP took away the 50,000sp and sent you a check for 15p instead?

TC you got what you deserved, people did try to be helpful and tell you best way to get an official answer, you chose to cry on a forum about it instead then complain that you are being "trolled". well be that as it may, some folk did try to help and advise you, if you dont want to listen and follow the advise given so be it, you will get chewed apart on here.

Personally I don't care that the servers were down, I was asleep the entire time anyway, but complaining about the quality of a service that your paying for is not "entitlement" by any stretch of the imagination. As a customer you have every right to complain if a service you pay for isn't up to your standards and give the company advice on how they can do better.

Eve is a video game that I love, it's also a much more expensive video game than other similar quality video games on the market. This price premium brings higher expectations in terms of server uptimes and customer service.

I have no idea where some of you people get the idea of "entitlement" if I am paying for something monthly, and a company would like me to keep paying for something, and I tell them what they need to do to keep me paying, this is not entitlement, entitlement would be me believing CCP should not charge me for gametime since I can't afford PLEX

This guy's post is annoying and he sounds like a dumb human being but being dissatisfied with a service he payed for and offering the company an opportunity to make things right with him is not by any stretch of the imagination, entitlement

I agree, you do have every right to complain if a service isn't up to scratch, there is however a wrong and a right way to do it. OP choose to do it the wrong way by starting a whiny thread in GD when there is already several threads on the subject instead of raising his concerns through the correct channels.

The cost of Eve is actually average for a subscription MMO. CCP doesn't gouge customers by requiring an expensive initial purchase, additional purchases for expansions and a monthly subscription fee; unlike some that I could name.

CCP has already made what they believe to be fair restitution for the downtime, and the majority of their customers are satisfied with it. The OP wrongly feels that he is entitled to more, ergo entitlement.

CCP addressed this very issue in the very first thing you agreed to when you stated playing EvE. Not their fault you've not read it in 6 years nor evidently ever heard any references to the matter. Why would CCP need to answer you specifically when they have already told all of us exactly the answer? That is not a matter of opinion, I'm afraid, but fact, sorry. Call anyone and everyone all the names you want to; say anyone pointing out facts must want to be a Dev - it doesn't change the facts of the matter. Frankly, friend, you are making yourself seem a bit silly here.
