I am interested in the Nighting Gale as a secrure and neutral conference and meeting center, what other precautions have you taken to insure security?

How can you guarantee / how can we trust your neutrality.

What is the maximum capacity of your lovely Yacht? Would there be a room for a conference holding 1000 people?

How much does it cost to setup a conference aboard your Yacht? Also, is there any holo-projection channel technology?

Are Chocolate clothes allowed?

1. "Unfortunately the Yacht itself is modest in size, cruisers do have their limitations, and while a typical vessel in the same class would be able to carry roughly 700, much space has been dedicated to our environmental upgrades such as our magnificent botanical garden, and our State Rooms are easily oversized in comparison. The maximum capacity of The Nighting Gale is slightly upwards of 500 souls, 150 of which are crew and staff. The Conference center itself is modest, recommended capacity is no more than 20 or so capsuleers in lavish comfort, however staff is able to configure the Center to be more spartan with the capacity of 50. Please keep in minds that the goal of The Nighting Gale is to provide a more private and focused arena for business.

As stated in a prior response: The Nighting Gale is capable of serving as a primary lodging for private conferences taking place on seperate establishments, a comfortable home away from home to retire to after a long day of talks and business, to be enjoyed with one's contemporaries.

2. "Conference Booking is quite generous, as we see this mainly as a means to book passengers who will undboutedly choose to keep a retainer on the vessel for future business and pleasure. Rates for the Confrerence Center include options to engage Corporation Retainers at very competitive rates. However generally a holding fee of 1m isk per reservation is standard with various packages being offered including executive spa, banquet, Imperial administrative notary (popular for inter-empire business transactions), and many others. For a comprehensive list of options you are encouraged to engage our booking center directly or schedule a consultation and private tour aboard the vessel via Interbus Private Services.

- A full compliment of holotech suites as well as holo conference tools are at the disposal of our clientel. More to the point we also offer privacy options and secure coference tools for more discrete business. Our vessel has teamed with Ishukone to produce an industry first for contemporary luxury business cruise liners: a feature we have named the Oubliette. Oubliette services are proprietary and allow for the single most technologically secure business experience available for public use. No data transmision of any type will escape the Oubliette, cycling ECM denies datamining of any variety, and physical security is placed on par with many of the foremost firms in the Empires.
