launcher problems

How come every time I want to play the launcher asks for a character name and when I type it in it says rejects it. and I have to try again. If I try enough times It will start.

Are you using the enter key to send it or are you clicking the button?

Seems that some times using enter will send the line-break along with the charactername and thus invalidate the name.

Else of course, just skip the launcher and start using the exefile.exe located in your install folder\bin

How come no one else has said that after all the other same old useless suggestions have failed? Why is it that no matter what it is, it seems as of late, any issues I have in dealing with computers or software, the solution is always stated by someone right after having accidentally bumping into said solution? The launchers been doing that for me for a couple months now and suddenly started remembering me last week. Well, at least I know what got it working now.

That happens to me all the time.

Then I realize that my stupid caps lock key is lit up. It's the little things that annoy me the most and if I could buy a keyboard without that key I'd be one happy camper. I suppose I could disable it through Razer Synapse, but that would mean actually using that POS that last time it updated, bricked my mouse.
