I don't use Polarized guns on a T3 in Wormholes. A "Wrecking" shot of either a sentry or a sleepless Upholder can do around 6000 alpha. Enought to oneshot my Legion.
I might try a Paladin or Vargur with polarized weapons, as they shouldn't have much problems with the Alpha. But first I make some Nightmare Videos and try C4 sites with a Legion.

You see me running an escalation in Low sec with my jackdaw with 2x ECCM fitted on it. Then a Svipul tried to combat probe me, but it never showed up in the site. Means that method had worked against combat probers.
