This will probably get buried, but I figured I might as well try. I'm looking into returning back to Eve, but I have a problem. I do not enjoy playing Eve as a single player game. Every time I come back I search for a corporation that has people I enjoy playing with. Half of the first month I post on the forums searching for a corporation, and I do probably ten interviews and finally end up joining a corp. They will promise this and that, but when it comes into logging in they never follow through. Last corporation said they would be causal player friendly, I can log in and do what I want. Every day I log in I am being told what to do or I get blue balled into doing what they want. For example my last CEO made me go on a four hour alliance op while he sat back at home shooting rats, and the following day I log into Eve only having limited time decide to rat instead of being able to do another long op. I go to shoot rats to see that the tax is 100%, and frustrated that he won't change it until the op is over. I've done RvB which is fun, but after awhile it gets kinda boring, and I want to see other ships besides cruiser and frigate swarms. I'm a team player and enjoy being apart of a team, but if I can't log in and do exactly what my corp needs at the time I can't play at all which is not fun. I have a 45 million sp toon, another alt with 35 mill sp which can fly a moros, and a cyno probing alt which is not activated at the moment. I am from Trojan Legion. We are members of Fidelas Constans and The Imperium. FCON is active in all Timezones with fleets going out all hours of the day to take on roaming gangs coming thru our space, or to help out fellow coalition alliances. Trojan Legion has over 100 individuals within the corporation, many of whom fill various roles within the alliance. We have active FC's that run both alliance wide fleet and specialized operation fleets, including BlackOps, small gang and recon.

The alliance has an exstensive ship replacement program and the corp offers inexpensive ship hulls to members. Being a member of FCON also gives us the ability to use some of the richest space in all of eve to generate income between fleets.

We require all members to join fleets. Submit full API's for all accounts that you control. The ability to use Out of game voice communications and chat programs. And dont be a jerk.

I would love to have a chat with you about my corp! I am at work at the moment but will be home in 2 hours.

I can relate to what you write in your post. It made me decide to start my own corp where there is no mandatory ops or mandatory being on comms when online. Being on comms when you do a roam together is the only ''must''. But even then, listening is maybe more valuable then having to talk.

How you make your ISK is your own choice. Tax level is 0%.

It is however nice to run a mission together sometimes or help out a corp mate with a 8/10. But again, it is not a must.
