No effect C3 with a static HS via D845, fairly low through-traffic, usually 2-4 incoming C2-C4's. Decent PI, stupidly high sleeper isk. Only active POS belongs to my corp, several POCO's we do not own with 100% tax. However, comes with a Naglfar if you'd like to solve that problem.

Price is 2.5b obo. Will consider less + a carrier or dread in kspace.

edit: 3rd party required, CAPLF preferred, have used them in the past with great success. Buyer pays of of course.
