Character Transfer TIme

Hi,

I was told that the character transfer would finish at 7:41 and I was wondering if that meant EVE time or real time? The character has not come through yet.

Sorry if in wrong place, just need help :)

EVE time is UTC time.

"Real" time is relative , follow the above link.
