Guys, note the greater-than sign (>). Chip is saying he's better than all that negativity. Ergo, Chip thinks EVE is great and that CCP is doing a great job with their new release paradigm.

OP is actually correct... EVE has been on a wrong path for many years... they are now in a state of "Evony" limbo.... No real progress, just layers of layers of makeup.... You can put red lipstick on a pig, yet its still a pig.
