Im looking for a link/scanning pilot
Must have leadership skill for t2 links
Must be able to fly either all t3 cruisers or all command ships
Must be able to use a covert ops cloak and fly the covert ops frigates of any faction
Would like for him to have cyno 5 and be able to light the covert ops cyno
