Really I am just trying to get rid of this toon as I don't use it as much as I'd like. So, I will be using plex for the transfer.

What that means is that if I cannot cover the cost of the two plex, it'll just get deleted.

Given the insane cost of plex right now, CCP should really consider reducing the transfer cost from two plex to one (since 1 plex is $20 anyways...) otherwise low skill toons like this one will never be worth it to transfer.
