Put the drones into your drones bay then do a show info.
All of the figures listed will be modified with skills and ship bonuses.

Or use one of these they do the same thing.

afaik that doesn't show drone control range. the best (laziest) way I know is to use a ship fitting program

beyond that, 20km base range +5km/level of drone avionics, and 3km/level for advanced drone avionics. for me that is 20km + 25km + 12km = 57km drone range, out of a maximum 60km

I don't know if it's possible in-game. I use EFT. Mouse over the drones in the top right and it will show you your drone control range. Mouse over the drones in the bay window and it will show you optimal and falloff - very important if you are using sentry drones.

Make sure you configure EFT with the API to import your skills so what you see in the tool is what you get in game. You can also change individual skills to see what difference that additional level will make.

Target something you know to be outside of your drone range (e.g. a can) and tell your drones to do something to it (e.g. attack it if it's your can, or orbit if it's something it's a bad life plan to shoot).

The resulting error message contains your actual drone control range, it's something like "You tried to engage at 80000m with your drones, but they look at you like you're stupid because their range is only 53000m".

If you're using EveHQ the drone control range can be found by hovering over the drone icon at the bottom of the stats/info pane

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Your basic range without modules is explained above.

there is only 1 module (with variants) that extends it and skills do not affect the extra range given
offhand there is only 1 ship that gives a per skill-level control range bonus

it's all basic math from there
base + skill modification + module bonus (+ hull bonus) = final range

in game, other than the in combat pop-up, i've never seen the total range displayed
