Suggestion for capital rebalance

Add another highslot for dreadnaughts
Add a capital sizes entosis module
Make siege cut entosis cycle time in half
Make siege give a bonus to local tank

Dreadnaughts will still have a place in the meta with the ability to tank. May be broken in large numbers.

Or maybe even make the capital entosis module a seperate siege module that doesn't increase damage.
