CCP - FIX THE INDUSTRY WINDOW

If this has been adressed before in another thread I think it deserves one more so maybe something will come out of it

Whoever has dealt with the industry window is familiar with its extremly glitchy and anoying nature

Fix this problem as it is a game breaker to have to relog several times just to get the blueprints to instal

You'll have better luck by using the F12 button to report a bug in game.

Works fine for me though.

I can't find nother post but I can say this issue is very annoying. Installing the blue print sometimes can be a nightmare.

Always works fine for me. Sometimes a small amount of lag but is always to be expeted with an internet game. Maybe the problem is your PC? Maybe turn down settings for your indy toon, I know siting in my pos puts extra load on my PC.

I can't find nother post but I can say this issue is very annoying. Installing the blue print sometimes can be a nightmare.

Turn off portraits in local and stations by using the settings in the respective windoes. Turn off chatlogging. A lot of minor delays can sum up to a bigger one, depending on where you are and this helped me quite a bit, though that was in Jita.

For some reason EVEs UI is often blocking, which makes no sense, but makes it an annoying experience.

An SSD helped me get rid of most delays. Best thing I ever bought!

File a bug report, use lower case letters when applicable, tell them the exact issue and it'll get looked at.

In this case, he admits there is probably already an existing thread on the subject and he thinks it needs another, so I think the classic "It looks before it posts a thread, or else it gets the troll instead." is slightly more applicable.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Thank you for the replies I will make a bug report but I know the problem is not just on my end - just hop on the miner channels or wherever industrialists flock and ask them about the industry window

To those special cases out there nitpicking at posts and sentence formation, policing caps and just beeing themselves - STOP IT

I've been running 30 invention jobs and 40 build jobs a day for most of this year and I haven't found it glitchy. Perhaps you could be a bit more specific about the problem you are having, maybe post in Sci & Industry or file a bug report.

I also run hundreds of invention/copy/manufacturing jobs a week across several characters and have never experienced a glitch
- there is occasionally a bit of lag - as reported by others but the tool is rock solid for me

Posting (and playing) on a toaster here, yes there's often a few seconds lag, but unless you are dragging and dropping, that lag seems manageable.

You actually don't have to log several times to get them to install. What you have to do is wait patiently for 5-10 seconds.
