For real, I work in IT as well. And I know that when things go sideways they sometimes really fall off the tracks.

We know you are working hard to get us back into space. Keep up the good work.

I'm a jack of all trades in the field, from admin to coding, and know what a huge pain this can be. I still wonder how they get something like Eve Online to even work at all.

I have no doubt they are having a hard day. Hope they get through it.

As someone who has been working (and occasionally fighting) with servers since Netware 1.4 I also want to thank the team who have been working their buts off for the past 11 hours to get TQ back online.

I consider myself privileged to have this wonderful game available for my entertainment and hope you track the problem down soon.

If they fall off the tracks, do they also crash and burn in a vivid ball of fire? One would not get much of it later on...

Iceland is known for really hot stuff, they even had to walk on lava at some point, to save the city.

The good news is, I heard "pizza" in other threads, and if they are anything like me that means they are digging in to fix this problem and aren't planning on leaving until it is.

In all seriousness, we players whine and snap at you guys a lot here, but I can tell you guys work your butts off constantly to keep this game alive and well. You guys do awesome work.

Good luck CCP IT crew. It once took me over 45 minutes to get my samsung tablet and my iphone4s to connect over bluetooth - so I understand your pain.
