Known issues

  • Some unpaid Sovereignty bills have not been removed, resulting in overlapping payment periods. Ignoring these bills will have no effect and they will be deleted during downtime tomorrow.
  • The Sovereignty information panel shows a misleading message when structures have been launched but are unclaimed.
  • Territorial Claim Units and Infrastructure Hubs can sometimes overlap with personal deployables and ships.
  • The Sovereignty information panel doesn’t automatically update for a structure when nodes begin spawning for its capture event.
  • The index shield icon in the Sovereignty information panel does not automatically update when auto-switching capital system.
  • The station service disabled notification has no appropriate icon.
  • The amount shown in message received when installing Infrastructure hub strategic upgrades is calculated using the old billing period.
  • There are some minor typos in the new Sovereignty notifications.
  • Probing in wormholes is not working with the new map. To probe, please use the old map (F10). Note that the old map may not function correctly in wormholes if players have autopilot routes set.
  • Launching personal deployables (such as MTUs) near acceleration gates will fail and give a broken error message. For now, players can deploy them a bit further away from acceleration gates.
  • POS anchoring notifications and mails are not being sent to corp members.

Tired to load up a website on the IGB from a link in a blue alliances system chat
Locked up the client - force quitting and even killing wine server in activity monitor would not let me relaunch client. Play button on launcher was grey.

A restart fixed it, tell I went to load a IGB bookmark - had to kill everything again but no restart. Didn't have any issues after those two times.

p.s. Why do I not see my characters picture on forums now?

The MacBook now runs so hot I can feel the heat through the keyboard and the fan is at max RPM. What did you guys do in the Aegis release that would cause this? It ran warm before the release, but now afraid it's going to melt the cpu. All graphics settings are at minimum.

There is still the "Floating Polygons" bug on several spaceships in the Mac-Client.

Consider, that they seem to be the Faction Logos as they are no more visible since Aegis as noticed by Adrian Trazani: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=5905406#post5905406

There is, as well, still the Multiboxing-Bug on EVE Online for Mac.

Hizumi Mizushiro has posted more detail on the cause of client freezing, when quitting one of several running EVE clients: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=5924519#post5924519

Sometimes the game freezes and when I try to start it back up I have a white screen. Sometimes the actual game still seems to work, e.g. it makes the login sound when I click on my character and all other ingame sounds but the screen in simply white for me.

I know there is plenty of other threads but some of them have been closed, so I'm adding it here to the list (again).

The fix that resolves my white screen issue is to delete the file:
/Users/USER/Library/Application Support/EVE Online/p_drive/Local Settings/Application Data/CCP/EVE/c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility/settings/core_public__.yaml

I heard now that the white screen only happens on low-mid shader settings, not on high. I'm gonna try this next...
*Edit*: Actually I am already running on high shader settings and I still have these issues!

I'm running OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 on a MacBookPro 15" (Retina, mid 2012)
