Remote Rep mod-nerff

Hi!

I have idea. lets change remote rep litle.

Now it will rep same amount for any range.

Let´s change it this way:

Remote Rep best amount is shortrange and then it will rep less and less amount when we take more range.

Entertain the class and share some of them. You know damps are great for other things besides making logi have a harder time, right? Hell even based on damps (and drones) online last year if you read the AT rules for this year they even got limited this year a bit. Says a lot when CCP skylines a mod in their premier event of the season imo.


I'd be guessing you and your mates go for all guns/brute force. That has issues. Issues you seem to be facing.

Well right now its not realistic that remorep repping same amount anyrange and then sudendly stop giving rep when it out range.

I mean lasers, and other guns have optimal and falloff range. Why remorep is so special technology.

so you want to have more range by adding a falloff to the reps.

because they're basically a short-range, massive tractor beam, why do salvagers, hacking mods, tractors, drone control, scram+disruptor, bubbles, missiles, ?DD's? jump range, not have falloff? for the easier to think of ones.

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

Well missiles makes sense since the warhead should do the damage but the rest if "broken" if we follow OP's logic yes.
