Making null-sec NPC space semi-conquerable and corpses a viable asset

Here on Earth we have corporations. These corporations have shares if publicly traded and if you have enough shares you obtain prestige status and can become a member of the Board Of Directors or a Corporate Committee of sorts.

In eve, there are corporate standings that influence what you can and cannot do with them. These standings are player based and thus the corpses have this exact value. A standings value. Now, this game is ruthless and gruesome when you look at the lore, infact some of it wouldnt even be allowed in an R rated Hollywood film. And its time to add another level of gruesomeness/ruthlessness to the game.

Corpses now have a value to those NPC corps that they are otherwise not aligned to. Sansha by lore would be "Allied" to the guristas, Angels to Serpentis, Bloods to Sansha, etc.... These corpses would have with them a value of their players standings at time of death.

Lets say a standing of +10 would yield .01 shares worth of value for that corpse' head. Where as a -10 would yield .001 shares worth and scale between with a player of 0 valued at nothing with an exponential valuing up to the +5 and -5 values and linear from then on out. Thus the graph would be linear between .01 and .0075, decreasingly logarithmic between .0075 and .0051, positively exponential between .0049 and .0025, and linear between .0025 and .001. This curve would prevent abuse and a further random chance lets say 5% that the standings would be "lootable" in the corpse.

You would trade these corpses into NPC corps that reside in null-sec and null-sec only for those with a standing of between 2.0 and 10.0 for their value towards purchasing shares of that NPC corp as a reward. However, just as indexes have a rate of decay so will the value of the share over time. Lets say .02 value per day after downtime. These will be put back into the pool of shares.

Now, if a player-corp has a share count of 5% or greater they can vote on who can/cannot anchor a POS in their NPC held space/region. But, once they submit a vote 90% their shares go back into the pool. And that player-corp MUST vote every voting round set at every 4 days or they forfit 100% of thier shares to the pool.

What this will do is promote PVP and cross-NPC region biomass trade and actually give isk value to corpses.
