As the post says, looking for a T3 Booster... No Wasted skill points.

My budget maybe a little tight but I will accept a project, that is close but within my budget.

Long shot, but here's a perfect siege/skirmish tengu boost (t2, warfare link spec 5, fleet command 3), but it is also a missile tengu. Maybe the money-making capabilities will convince you.

I agree this is a great toon. I have decided to make my own and save the isk...
