Not interested in toons with BC/BS/capital skills.

Requirements:
All races Frig-dessie-cruiser
Small-Medium t2 guns
gunnery support maxed
missile support maxed
Hams-Heavies-Lights-Rockets t2
Medium drones and down, supports preferred as well
Damn good armor skills
Solid Shield skills
Max Fitting skills
Nice Navigation skills
Multiple remaps also nice
Not interested in paying for implants
Solid Name
Male toon
Amarr Bloodline

I am willing to consider toons nearing most things on this list, I know I won't be able to find the perfect match.

I have a decent size budget, so feel free to drop your EB/Sale thread and your price, and I'll take a look.
