Well, have you try Caldari one? Agent will send you to low few times without options

But i agree with you. It shouldn't be in lowsec due to agent location in which Terrus Harkan lives in Choga system

I haven't, but I've heard that the Caldari Arc sends you into low regardless which side you pick. Everyone/guide has told me though that's not the case with the other three Empire Arcs -- to the point that picking the pirate side WILL and picking the Empire side WILL NOT --, and I've ran the Sisters Arc many times and the Amarr Arc several times before without ever getting sent to anywhere outside of high sec. That's why I was asking, it just seemed weird. Lesson learned, I suppose.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."

making arrest has chance to send you into lowsec. sometimes have to do it, sometimes not.

minmatar - highsec only

gallente - optional highsec - one point you have 3 missions and you need to choose one, one takes you to lowsec, one takes you to highsec and the last one has the option to be either lowsec or highsec

amarr - mostly highsec - one mission has chance of sending you into lowsec, destination system will always be in same constellation, which has both highsec and lowsec systems, so depends on your luck, mission can be done in any ship so take shuttle, covops or ceptor

caldari - lowsec - you can avoid 0.0, but you can't avoid lowsec

Thank you for the clarification, Sentenced.

If you take the Sansha path in the Amarr Epic Arc, you will go into lowsec.

Also if you are in a ceptor your not going to die in low sec unless you are an idiot. I wouldnt worry about your precious implants.

Not totally true. There are instalocking setups that can catch interceptors.

Even so, pods pretty much insta-warp. So if your ship dies and you are spamming warp-to, you should warp instantly. Unless you screw up and are spamming warp-to the gate you just came through.

To each their own, personally I'd leave nothing to chance in that scenario. My internet is not the most stable and a split second's connection lag can screw up even a pro player's dashing escape. I'm sure I'd be fine making a fast run though a few low sec systems, but I'm just not risking this head with the imps it has. It's fine though, Arcs are repeatable, and in another 90 days, I'll have a JC with ship and kit ready to go should I get another low sec run. I just wasn't prepared for it this time is all.

Basically, the way server works is that it takes 2 seconds to lock and apply point to your ship...

As long as you have an ship that can warp off in less then 2 seconds, you are fine. You jump gate, you initiate warp, your ship appears on overview. Enemy needs 1 second to establish lock (1 server tick = 1 command = 1 second) and then 1 more second to apply point/scram. Basically even with laggy connections, if you have sub 2 seconds warpoff (most nano ceptors have it, shuttles have it as well) you are fine.

However, when you are you arriving on outbound gate, you might land into ship already firing smartbombs, in that case you might be fu**ed. So my suggestion, jump into system, take a second to breathe, you have 30 seconds for sure to get your barrings. Look for your outbound gate, then find celestial body which is at high angle to your gate and warp there first and then to the gate.

Smartbombs are limited in range, so ships are usually parked in straight line from 2 gates, you wanna have incoming vector that is not in the same line as two gates. However, even with that, might be good idea to avoid places like Rancer where they put 20+ smartbombers all around the gate :)

But in most cases for epic arcs, you should be fine.

I bought like 100 medallions 3 years ago and have them in Amarr on stockpile, so can't say for sure, but pretty certain somebody finished the site before you and it didn't despawn. From what I know this site will spawn fairly often in constellation, so just look for a new one and you might get it.

Cans were not hacked when I entered also no wrecks on overview. When I hacked the cans (that appear as if unhacked so are hackable) they were all empty repeated this process on four different sites before posting have now done it on 6 and have filed bug report.

Should clear up any confusion.

But thanks anyway.

Please report back what you hear from the GM's!

Edit : It's worth mentioning that some cans (Tutorial Missions) become re-hackable after some time. It's possible that there is some fault where someone did the site, hacked the cans, the wrecks despawned approx 2hrs later and at some stage the cans became re-hackable despite having nothing in them. It's all speculation though.

Good to see this thread evolving into a useful resource. well done.

I just resubscribed after an absence (I had to because no-one wanted my stuff) and wrapped-up the Gallente lvl4 arc. IDK what may have changed but my trusty old machariel was making a tough job of it. Several warp-outs and some armor repairs during some of the DPSier missions. Made me feel like a first-timer again. I liked that :-)

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.
