Horde faction spawn rates

So anyone who has lived in drone regions will tell you faction spawns in the hordes is ******.

What i wnat to know is he actual spawn rate. Ive been living down here for 6 months and never gotten a faction in a horde(i run them daily at least 6 times a day) then two weeks ago i got 3 in the span of one day. I had always assumed they were a fairy tale. a myth.

So does anyone know the spawn rate for them?

I have searched and searched with no answers to be found.

Faction spawn chances are both secret and random, players have found rough approximations but no solid number. Each chance for a faction spawn is also rolled independently so if theoretically the spawn rate is 5% you will not get a spawn every 20 sites you run.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

well i know all that what i want to know is the caplsuleer guess. We have generally accepted thearys for everything. I just cant find this one anywhere.

It might be that no one has had a desire to gather enough data about this site to get a theory.
Looks like you might be that one, if you are interested in doing something like that.

You are wrong.
Visited this region multiple times, and usually targets in the hordes dropped blue or green loot.
Multiple times generated fun emails even , or where asking to leave the systems as they rented it and they own it now Pirate
