Casual PvP for guys with Jobs/Families- US TZ only

Greetings!
New Eden Spooks is looking for pilots to join us evenings and weekends for some casual PvP fleets. We are based in hi sec and spend most of our time hunting in WHs. We don't consider ourselves "leet", we just like to log in after work, drink a few beers while shooting the breeze on comms, and find targets of opportunity.

We don't aspire to join a SOV alliance (been there, done that, got the t-shirt) or become a huge corporation. You don't have to be an experienced PvPer, we will teach you what we know. Conversely, if you are an experienced PvPer maybe we can learn some things from you.

What we offer:

* Experienced PvPers finding all types of interesting encounters

* Ship fitting advice

* Daily interaction with a small group of like-minded pilots, we seek Good People>Good Pilots

* Witty banter and camaraderie


Our ideal recruit would be:


*US time zone (we have some great friends in other countries, but the time difference is just too difficult to overcome for fleets)

*Age 30+

*20 mil SP+ (ability to fly cloaky combat ships is a must)

*Financially self-sufficient in game

*Able to follow complex instructions such as "Hold your cloak" and "Warp off" Big smile

Another bump for a great little PvP corp. The fun thing about what we do is you often discover interesting stories in progress, for example:

One evening I was d-scanning a WH (again) and I noticed that the force field for a POS I had found earlier was not showing up on dscan. I assume that the residents are moving out....I see two guys at the POS, one in a Curse and the other in a Myrmidon. I check their killboards and decide to see if I can pull off what we call a "Smash & Grab" on the Curse (get a quick kill against a larger fleet and then get out). The Curse pilot is steadily pulling ships out of the hangar when I warp in, decloak, and point. The Myrmidon GTFOs (puzzling) and I pop the Curse. I have no idea if they have anyone else around and I have no intention of boarding the ships in the POS since none are worth more than my Stratios, so I start shooting the ships, about 10 total. Soon the Myrmidon returns, I dispatch him as well.

Later, the Curse pilot convos me asking if I want to help shoot the POS. Seems a silly question, I tell him as much. He clarifies that he had bribed a director in the corp to give him access to everything in the POS and drop shield, I just happened to show up at an inopportune time (for him, lol).



The sandbox of Eve. This story is just one occurrence, at one point in time, at one moon, in one WH. We really dig being part of the "largest living body of science fiction". If you are a middle aged guy that enjoys flying innernet spaceships after work with other middle aged guys, you owe it to yourself to check us out.
