Must haves:
All frigates to 5, would love dessies at 5
Tech 2 guns and armor/shield skills a must.
preferably several Cruisers/BC to 5, Proteus/Legion a bonus.
Maxed engineering skills
BS skills not required.

I am looking for a FW pilot for CalMil, so must have positive rep towards Caldari.

I will not pay for wasted sp in research, indy or mining. I don't want to fly caps, caps are boring.
