I have flown all over eve, and I can say that MOA is a great alliance to join. No scamming no trolls no idiots, its a great place to be if you like to PVP.
We fight outnumbered and we live in the middle of our enemy.
We have great FCs and an alliance with NO DRAMA
SRP on ships
ALLIANCE LOGISTICS
We have a very stable leadership , and a great bunch of players.

some facts and info on MOA

we are a mid sized alliance (1200) mature pilots high SP, that PVP, we have a very good group of players
we cover most time zones but peak at 19:00-3:00
we have daily fleets and are very active.
We mainly use Ishtars, cerbs, ceptors , cov ops, BLOPS all force recon, and support ships. Domi/geddon, and support ships. Corms, t3 dessie, cynabels and a few other ships

PLUS we have limited SRP for doctrine ships, AND we have the 2 best 0.0 missions in all of eve, SOE in x-70 and mordus legion in 5Z
