So is it broken? how can i see my filed petitions on unsubscribed accounts?

It is. You log in on the page (IE11 bugs out for me) and the button showing your account's name hides your previously filed petitions. That should work even for unsubbed accounts. Alternatively check the account's mails (the mailaddy you used to sub with) for any updates or replies.
