WTB great subcap PVP with WH skills up to 100B

Looking for a Subcap PVP character that can fly T3 cruiser very well and be able to scan well plus gas harvest and Hack/Archaeology V

Multi racial is better but I really am looking for anything from 20M SP - 100M SP and will consider all. I would prefer no wastage in processing or industry with exception of Gas Harvesting ofc.

If you have something that is special I will pay you something that is special.

Thanks for the link but not what I'm looking for I'm afraid. For one it isn't Subcap and far too much wastage for what I would use him for.

Nice character with a small amount of wastage, although for me I don't think it is what I'm looking for, doesn't have archaeology or hacking and also no Gas harvesting. The combat skills are great but I want him to go straight into a WH and so I will decline. Good luck selling him though, he has solid gunnery that's for sure.
