Scaled Loot Drops?

You mention the examples are just examples but they don't explain anything really.
How does this algorithm for figuring out loot drops even work in this case? Each ship class has a higher multiplier? How does it relate between those killed and those who killed? KM's also don't show how many people are on YOUR side, only those who killed you so how would it judge in the case of two small gangs or two large fleets in that case?

Now if you want more loot most will tell you that you can loot AND salvage. Though it would be interesting to set your gun to slightly less DPS for a better chance of their mods/loot dropping. Even that though isn't really a good idea.

I see what your trying to do but you haven't really explained it enough and from what you have explained it doesn't sound that good.

Further making drones not scoopable by anyone then the owner is just a bad idea. Why? What purpose? You lose a PvP fight and now no one can claim your drones, they're just clutter, maybe 5 jumps into low or null so your not getting them back, and no one else can now claim them so they just sit there til down time or get shot.
