I like it in theory.

That theory being that fast response frigates are a thing. Like interceptors fit for combat....

I cannot stress how broken, wrong and unfun this sort of a ship would be if anyone were to implement it as you propose.

To be fairly honest, it would be the funniest **** for about five minutes, but yeah then it would be the worst thing imaginable. This could only possibly work for an "last day Eve servers are up" event or maybe a test server shenanigans thing with no intent to release on TQ.

5% damage bonus to any type of weapon fit per level of the Hellcat trained to.
5% optimal range for any weapon type fit per level of the Hellcat trained to.


15% bonus to rocket damage.
10% bonus to rocket optimal range.

2% bonus to shields and armor per level of Hellcat trained to.

Possible implementation of Precision Guided Bombs and new Precision Guided Bomb Launcher that could only be used on the Hellcat. Cannot be used in High Sec Space

Possible implementation of Frigate based torpedo and torpedo launcher.

Possible implementation of Cynosural Generator.

Possible implementation of Web Stasisfier Nullifier Rig that would nullify the ability of the ship to be webbed. 10% reduction in web stasisfying effect per level of Hellcat trained to.

Would retain the warp while cloaked capability of the Prospect.

With ganking on gates in the belts and general pirating continuing to be an everyday issue a small versatile ship is needed




A bonus of ~0,1 AU per level seems incredibly low, no one would ever use your confusingly named new module. Or modules, it's not really clear.

Your ideas in general are not very clear, because your ideas are a jumbled mess not working very well together. In bizzaro world, where CCP made your crazy ship, countless miners will be slaughtered by this ship. Because surprise, surprise: If a ship is totally overpowered, a lot of people will use it. See also Ishtar.

The idea of some sort of negative bonus against webs sounds interesting, at least. Everything else is just dumb, though.

This ship is completely unnecessary. A new player with a day's training can get into a T1 frigate and be more than sufficient in PVP.

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.
