Looking for a basic pvp character

Pretty much looking for a fresh start FW character. Doesnt have to BE in fw but im looking for:

1. Solid core skills
2. Under 7b
3. Good focus of combat skills from one type of ship (such as drone focused, or small guns blaster focus, armor focused etc.)
4. Clean/semi clean KB

So, I tick all your boxes. Also no corp history, two remaps and + 4 implants.

I'm a perfect, no waste, FW character. T2 frig focused with dessie 5 so you can jump into Gallente T3 destroyers as soon as it's available. Interceptor/ assault frigate trained with all prerequisites for electronic attack ships in place and one week to covert ops.

All this for only 5b.
