You are actually correct on this. I put in 3.333mil of my own hard earned ISK into each and every permit special I provide. It is my dream to one day see everyone in Highsec having a permit and being in compliance, and if that means that I have to meet some of them part way on the price then by golly ill do it!

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Actually, not a miner...well not traditionally...i guess you could say i "mine" killrights from nado's who are dumb enough to bite at my tanky T1 haulers. 30-40m each time.

The only remotely expensive hauler i have ever lost was during an early hulkageddon/burn jita, (i don't even remember) which was when i looted someone elses freighter kill and landed short on station with lots of capital guns in my hold.

I guess you think it is something near impossible to casually haul multiple billions in a T1 hauler and willingly undock from the trade stations HOPING someone tries to kill you. Its really not hard to do if you know how to gank, and thusly how to survive a gank.
