Yeah i would say close this, many times there has been asked now for the character to post yet you ignore that question.

The character you are selling needs to confirm in this thread (make a post) that she is for sale.

It really is simple, you post with the Char you are selling, if you are starting the thread with another char the char being sold still has to confirm he/she is for sale, otherwise anyone can link any char and say its for sale right?

I'm sure you are legit, but CCP rules are there for everyones protection.

I would suggest you start a new thread with the char you selling posting it.

So aye, I guess that means you have to reactivate the account with your ISK Sorry.
