the thrasher is the only good looking min ship and its the first major one you change. do you think maybe some of us love that ships hull? minmatar ships are amazing re-due their colors and leave them, I mean you fixed the only broken one... typhoon... that's cool but ....just damn you ccp! Evil

This

if they are going to start changing ships then every ship has to change, no point leaving relic models in game when everything else is updated, it upsets the balance

Actually... one of the "Work in Progress" variants of the Thrasher resembles like the old one.

Guess the only thing we can all agree on is that the Trasher wasn't the ship that needed an upgrade the most.
Even if they wanted to improve something Minmatar at all cost the Rupture would be an obvious start.

If they add duct tape effect or either duct tape skin i'm up for any changes the do with minnie ships.

I'd worry not, the sketch doesn't look fully skinned. Probably a layer of rusty ductape will envelop the mesh upon completion.

not every ship has to change, and I'd prefer it if most didn't. pretty much every ship has had a slight tweak, as they get redone to fit in with whatever new graphic engine CCP goes with. Nice to add in a few details, move the hard points around, or an updated t2 variant. but not too many have had total revamps.

Holy **** that looks awesome. They all actually slightly resemble the old Thrasher anyway, so I'm happy about that

I just don't understand why they started updating ships with Caldari, I mean they went and updated the Condor, which is a good thing but if you look at the Atron it was, and still is, clearly in dire need of an update, much more so than the Condor was.

I'm just happy that they seem to be updating all the races, I love that.

Right.. im tired of it looking like an old pirate ship with space ship engines and the probe/cheetah cockpit sticking out in an unusual area.

Im not opposed to the new thrasher.. but cmon, the ruptures textures are garbage, it looks rediculous and its a pretty terrible ship overall.
